FAQ's

  • Do I need a 5LPM or a 10LPM Oxygen System?
By nature as humans we desire the best of everything, yet, there are instances where, considering the benefits relative to the additional cost, opting for the superior option may not always be the optimal choice For 90% of home users, we would recommend the cheaper 5LPM system. This can be more than sufficient for 2-3 people to use within a house hold, per day With our Oxygen Generator, there is also a built in Timer/Stop Watch which you can set for a specified number of minutes or hours
  • How long does it take to fill up an EWOT reservoir?
To fill up a 1000L Reservoir bag, using a 5LPM oxygen concentrator it would take around 3 hours.
  • How long do I need to excercise with oxygen for?
The duration of Exercise With Oxygen Therapy can vary based on individual goals, fitness levels, and the specific exercise routine being followed. There isn't a one-size-fits-all answer to how long one should engage in EWOT, as it depends on factors such as personal health objectives and the intensity of the exercise. Some people incorporate EWOT into their regular workout routine, which might involve sessions lasting anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes. Others may choose to use EWOT intermittently, focusing on specific exercises or activities. It's crucial to start gradually and listen to your body. If you're new to EWOT, consider beginning with shorter sessions and gradually increasing the duration as you become more accustomed to the therapy. Ultimately, the key is consistency. Whether you opt for shorter, more frequent sessions or longer, less frequent ones, incorporating EWOT into your routine on a regular basis may contribute to maximizing the potential benefits
  • How many times per week should I be doing EWOT?
It's crucial to start gradually, especially if you are new to EWOT. Begin with a frequency that feels comfortable and listen to your body's response. If you experience any discomfort or have underlying health conditions, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before determining the optimal frequency of EWOT for your specific situation As a general guideline, consider starting with 2-3 sessions per week and then adjust based on how your body responds. Pay attention to factors such as energy levels, recovery, and any improvements in endurance or overall well-being Remember, the key to any exercise routine, including EWOT, is consistency. Consistently incorporating EWOT into your weekly routine, at a frequency that aligns with your individual needs and goals, may contribute to maximizing the potential benefits
  • Can I fill the EWOT reservoir the night before or for a long period of time?
It's generally not recommended to fill the EWOT reservoir for more than two days. The reason is that the concentration of oxygen in the reservoir might diminish over time, and the quality of the oxygen could be compromised Oxygen has a tendency to dissipate, and the longer it sits in the reservoir, the lower the concentration may become. As a general rule, aim to prepare your EWOT setup as close to your exercise session as possible to maximise the effectiveness of the therapy
  • How do I clean the masks and do I need one for each person?
After each use, a quick rinse with warm soapy water is all it takes. Please note that masks are intended for individual use and should not be shared.
